Am I addicted?
Addiction self-tests: alcohol, cannabis, drugs, gambling and pornography
Sometimes it’s hard to know whether use has already become a problem. The questionnaires here are short, and give a first sense of direction.
All of them are accepted screening questionnaires, tested in research. They don’t replace an assessment, but they help you see the picture a little more clearly. Your answers aren’t sent anywhere and aren’t saved, and the score is worked out only on your device.
Filling it in for someone close to you?
The questionnaires are written to be filled in about yourself. If you’re worried about someone close to you, you can go through the questions to get a sense of things, but only they can really answer them. When someone close to you isn’t ready to hear about treatment, you can read about family intervention.
And after the questionnaire?
Any score is a starting point, not a verdict. Even if your score is low and something still bothers you, you can call me. The first call is short and free of charge.
